These units apply in all contexts to the movement of material through front end loader operations and tipping operations in the mining and extractive and civil construction industries. The work described in this unit relates to the National WH&S Certification Standards for the operations of load shifting equipment. (NOH&SC 7019).

Course Pre-requisites:

  • Have the necessary health and fitness to carry out the work safely

Assessments:

  • Written Assessment
  • Practical Assessment

Duration:

  • 1 day for training and assessment
  • 3 - 4 hours for experienced operators, assessment only, must supply work history

Certification:
On successful completion you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment and a wallet sized plastic card stating the unit achieved.
